HOW IT WORKS
Simple steps, no surprises
A short explanation of each step, from searching for care to the invoice you can use for insurance follow-up.
- Step 1
Search by destination and service
Choose your destination and the care you need. Available services differ by destination, so you only see what is bookable where you are.
- Step 2
Compare clinics, times and the total price
Compare participating clinics, available appointment times and prices, and see the total price before you continue.
- Step 3
Add traveller and insurance details
The online booking flow is for one traveller aged 18 or over. If you have travel insurance you can add your insurer's name and a policy or member number; these details are optional and never required to book.
- Step 4
Pay securely with Stripe
Payment is collected immediately through a secure, hosted Stripe checkout. Your booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds and the booking is confirmed.
- Step 5
Get your itemised invoice
After your appointment is completed and the invoice is generated, your itemised invoice becomes available so you can submit it to your insurer. Reimbursement depends on your insurer and policy.
Insurance is optional
You can book with or without travel insurance. Adding insurance details does not change the price you see, and Health4Travel does not guarantee that your insurer will reimburse a claim.
Not an emergency service
Health4Travel is for non-emergency care. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
